Cancellation & Returns

Cancellation

PremièreVague (www.premierevague.com) allows cancellation of the order(s) before the item(s) has/have been shipped from the designer’s/ PremièreVague’s warehouse. Once the order(s) has/have been cancelled, the entire order amount will be transferred to the source from where it has been debited.

Returns

PremièreVague (www.premierevague.com) will accept Return or Size Exchange of a product only if the following conditions are met.

Return/Size Exchange should be initiated within 15 days of order delivery.

The tags on the product should be intact.

The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You are not allowed to request the exchange of item(s) different from the ones you had ordered, even if there are other item(s) in the same price category.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  We also do not accept products that are lingerie/intimate or sanitary goods, etc.

PremièreVague (www.premierevague.com) reserves the right reject the return/refund requests if the conditions are not met.

You may need to send us an email at info@premierevague.com and as soon as we accept the exchange request, you will be notified by Email/SMS with the instructions on how/where to send the item(s).

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we will give you upon request. We will acknowledge the receipt of item(s) once they have been delivered to us. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You might be asked to send us the scanned copy of the Courier bill/receipt, which might help us to keep track of the item(s) you have returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
