Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once the returned item(s) is/are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If the request has been approved, then your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be transferred to your credit card/debit card or original method of payment. However, it may take up to 3-7 working days before the amount has been credited to your Bank account/Credit Card depending on the policies of the Bank/Credit Card Company.

 Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your Bank Account or Credit Card Company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time (depending on the Bank/Credit Card Company policies) before the Bank/Credit Card Company processes your refund.
